About the Realty Guild
The Realty Guild was established in 1987 by a small group of independent
broker/owners as a forum through which to share ideas. Over the years,
the Guild has expanded both its membership as well as its services.
Today, the Guild has more than 55 offices covering more than 250
communities and more than 800 agents doing more than $4.5 billion
in business each year. In fact, if the Guild were to be looked at
as one company, we would be listed in the top 15 companies nation-wide.
Benefits include idea exchanges, training for agents, advertising
discounts, group direct mailings, concierge services, and more.
Guild members are a select group of independent real estate companies
that are not aligned with chain or franchise conglomerates. Through
the Guild, members are able to keep their independence yet tap into
the power that a larger entity can offer.
Guild members must be Realtors (members of the National Association
of Realtors), and must be approved by the membership as a whole.
There is only one member per city or town, other than cities such
as Boston.
